Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Allsorted Digital website (allsorteddigital.com.au) and any website design, SEO, or digital marketing services provided by Allsorted Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”, ABN 72 448 184 116). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Allsorted Digital provides website design, hosting coordination, search engine optimisation (SEO), and digital marketing services for small businesses across the Peel & Murray region of Western Australia. The specific scope of work for your project will be confirmed with you directly before any build begins, based on the pricing tier or package you select.

Getting Started

Most projects begin with a free, no-obligation one-page example so you can see what your website could look like before committing to anything. If you decide to proceed, we’ll confirm the agreed scope, pricing tier, and timeline with you directly before work begins.

Pricing & Payment

Current website build pricing is published on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. For website builds:

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your build slot and begin work
  • The remaining 50% is due on completion, once you’ve reviewed and approved your finished site
  • The price you’re quoted at the start of your project is the price you pay — we won’t add unexpected costs for work within the agreed scope
  • If you request something genuinely outside the original scope (for example, extra pages or features not included in your package), we’ll always let you know the cost upfront before doing any additional work

Ongoing support packages (Keep It Running, Keep It Growing, Keep It Winning) are billed monthly with no lock-in contract — see “Ongoing Support” below.

Ongoing Support Packages

We offer optional ongoing support plans for hosting, maintenance, SEO, and content updates after your website is live. These plans have no lock-in contracts — you can cancel or change your plan at any time by contacting us. We don’t require notice periods or charge cancellation fees; we’d simply rather earn your business by doing good work than hold you to an agreement.

Website Ownership

Once your website build is paid in full, you own the final website content and design created specifically for your business (including custom copy, layout, and any custom graphics we’ve created for you). Stock photography, fonts, plugins, and any third-party assets used in your build remain subject to their own individual licences, which we’ll make you aware of where relevant.

We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our own portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Revisions & Scope Changes

Each website build includes an agreed number of revision rounds as part of your chosen pricing tier, discussed with you before the build begins. Requests that fall outside the original agreed scope (such as significant redesigns after approval, or features not part of your package) may incur additional cost, which we’ll always quote and confirm with you before proceeding.

Timelines

We’ll provide an estimated timeline for your build based on our current workload and the complexity of your project. Timelines can be affected by how quickly you provide requested content, feedback, and approvals — delays on your end may extend the overall delivery date.

Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on track, we ask that you:

  • Provide accurate business information, content, and images in a timely manner
  • Respond to requests for feedback or approval within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure you have the rights to any content, images, or branding assets you provide to us for use on your website

Limitation of Liability

While we take care to deliver professional, functional websites and marketing services, we don’t guarantee specific business outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or sales, as these depend on many factors outside our direct control. To the extent permitted by law, Allsorted Digital’s liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Third-Party Services

Our websites may rely on third-party tools and services (such as hosting providers, form plugins, and analytics tools) to function. We aren’t responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused directly by these third-party providers, though we’ll do our best to resolve any impact on your website promptly.

Cancellation of a Website Build

If you wish to cancel a website build project after work has begun, your deposit covers the work already completed and is non-refundable. We’ll discuss your specific situation directly to find a fair resolution.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
